Who We Are

Iain Fletcher is the Founder and Director of Solution Sales Advisors. He is a highly experienced sales professional having worked for over two decades in the SaaS industry. Iain has accumulated a huge breadth of knowledge and expertise during his time at leading organisations such as Salesforce, Microsoft, Google and 'unicorn' start-ups Box and Yammer.

While VP of Solutions Sales at Salesforce, Iain realised the value of sharing his insights with companies of all sizes inspiring him to found Solution Sales Advisors, a company committed to providing tailored advice and guidance in the art and science of solution selling.

Solution selling is a fundamental part of effective sales strategies, reliant upon deeply understanding clients' needs and offering customised solutions. It's a practice that Iain has honed throughout his career and is passionate about helping others do the same.

15 years of management and leadership experience enables Iain to bring invaluable insight and support to all leaders at any stage of their leadership journey through expert mentorship and coaching.
